translation main page shows problems

Dear
I am using wpml to translate my german shop to english.

The most is working very good but the main english site shows some errors as shown in follwing pichture .

I have already contacted wpml but they told me that the problem is ther also without the wpoml plugin.

Can you please help me?

by comparing german and englisch main site you will see directly the mistake

Please edit the english homepage and set the sidebar to without from sidebar options.

If the issue still occurs then provide the admin panel login details of the website.

You need to Edit the English homepage and Scroll down to see the sidebar options. And then you can set it to without.
