Translation / Menu deactivation in Title Bar

Hello
I currently have two questions regarding changes.
Firstly, the Shipping & Delivery tab in the product view is not translated. Even with Loco Translate this is not possible, as this is not included in the German language file. My first question is where I can change the translation and is there a way to disable this tab.
My second question is, where can I deactivate the menu in the store view within the title bar?

01. Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Single Product > Tabs. In the Additional tabs, you can change the tab title or remove the Shipping and Delivery tab: https://prnt.sc/bDOK7HP_6t7M
