translation of micro texts

    Hi,
    in order to translate micro-texts such as the one in the image attached, I guess I must use LocoTranslate plugin?
    If I activate a subscription with WPML plugin, is it going to work with it and there is no need of Loco Translate, or I’ll still need Loco Translate for such micro texts?
