Hi, I am now using wordpress.com, so I don’t have access to the directory wp-content/languages/themes/. I have translated woodmart.pot to woodmart-de_DE.po. How can I upload the language file?

It is difficult to upload files via admin access. You will have to find a plugin. Unfortunately, I cannot suggest anything.

If you do not find anything, migrate your site to the host you have full access. You can use All in one WP migrate plugin, then upload the file as you need and then migrate the site back.
