Translation with locotransalte

hey, i’m having hard time trying to transalte my website with loco transalte
i transalted petty much everything and nothing changed , i tried also to create a mo file in my computer i uplaoded it , but nothing changed

Please provide some relevant screenshots of the specific area which you want to translate using loco translate to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I saw the screenshots you attached.
Please Go to Loco Translate >> Themes >> Woodmart.
Then first click the Sync button then search the string and translate it.
If the problem still continues then provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Hello,
I have logged into your website, deactivated the polylang plugin and set the same language that you translated and translation is working.

Which clears that the issue is from a third party plugin not from our theme. I have reactivated the plugin back on the website you can try deactivating yourself.
