Translation without Loco Translate

Hello friends,
i want to change the the theme language with the “woodmart_de-DE.po ” data on uploading it in the background.
i cant use loco translate because i have gtranslate pro (main: german). So my main page must work in german without other tools.

i couldnt find any other solution for.
