Translations gone after update

40% of my translation is gone. Is there anyway to reload my translation or do I have to start all over again?

The whole file is missing.
When using loco translate I created a language .PT.po. After updating the file is gone

that pt_PT.po is new I just created. The old one is missing.

Maybe you stored it in a wrong folder. Be sure that all your translations files are stored in the folder wp-content/languages/themes as described in our video tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls

I didn’t stored in the wrong folder. I didn’t touched the files. The translation was in place.The theme was 40% translated. I upgraded the theme by wordpress dashboard. It simply dont recognize the files on the server.
As you can see the pic the file was created September the 4th

But for some reason after update theres no file inside admin area I had to create a new one.
Never mind I had a backup, but check this out next time

Is your screenshot from wp-content/languages/ folder? Our theme update doesn’t influence that folder and can’t remove it from there.
