Please advise if you have made the full backup of your site before the update as recommended in our documentation? If you have not, please contact the host support and find out perhaps they make automatic backups of your site. Please restore the backup.
As I understand you translated with Loco plugin, if so, save the file with the translation here:
We suggest you to keep translated files in wp-content/languages/themes/woodmart-pt_PT.po folder.
Then update the theme again. All your translation would remain.
