Translations reverting back to original

Hi.
The sites default language is English. I use WPML to translate to Latvian.
I have noticed that the “COOKIE LAW INFO” Popup text changes. I write it in English. Translate as a string in WPML. After some time it changes to Latvian in Theme settings and on the site.
Same happens to the Header banner – I have placed an HTML block there which is in English, translated to Latvian through WPML (another HTML block but in Latvian). After some time it changes back to English everywhere.
Can you please help?
You can do whatever is needed to try and fix this.
1. And what about the HTML block situation?
2. What you recommended does not solve the issue because that text that you suggested I change is the one that had already reverted back. It should be in English originally. You can check now as I set it how it should be in theme settings – cookie popup. Now the string is in English and I have updated Latvian translation. However, it will revert back after some time.
3. Same with “[basel_options]reg_text” string. That changes to Latvian as well.
These strings, for some reason, don’t want to stay in English.

As for HTML blocks, you need to create two HTML blocks for different languages and translate them in the string in the same way https://gyazo.com/dce105d9c16d80c5ddb9966b8428f264
If HTML block has not been saved as well, contact WPML support let them check on their side.
