Can i download finished po files? Or do you have to translate each language by hand?

Recommend WPML or loco. Have a license of WPML if you think that would be good too.

If you need to translate the site, Loco is good for it. If you want to make a multilingual site you will need WPML.

You can use both Loco and WPML if necessary.

There are plugins which insert Google translation texts, for example, https://wordpress.org/plugins/weglot/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/gtranslate/

We have not tested them with our theme and do not guarantee full compatibility and smooth operation.

You can try them or find equal.
