Trouble with a Mega Menu

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble with a Mega Menu on my website. I followed a step-by-step video tutorial exactly as shown, but the menu is not working at all.

The menu appears in the header.

But when I hover over it, nothing drops down—no submenu appears.

Has anyone encountered this before or can suggest where I might have gone wrong?

No, it’s still the same.

This is because you’re logged in.

I’m logged in and everything works fine.

You need to open my website in incognito mode.

Then you’ll see the problem.

I’d like to know why this happens.

I often find that my website displays differently when logged in and when browsing privately.

In addition to this issue with the mega menu, I’ve also had dynamic issues before.

When I set a section to pop up, it works fine when logged in, but disappears when browsing privately.

Could you help me check this?

I kindly recommend you to purge the cache of CDN, clear browsers cache, disable CloudFlare CDN temporarily and double check the issue.

I tested again on various browsers, everything worked well.
