Hi Guys, I’m using JC Submenu and Automatically Hierarchic Categories in Menu for years now, they work great on every single theme that I used, but it seems that it’s not working fine with Woodmart, I was wondering if you could help me. See, let’s say I have a product category that has 3 sub cats. If you enter to my site, you’ll see that they are both working badly. What I need is to auto populate the menus with the new categories, since we are gonna use an API for sync. Is there any other way to achieve that in wm?

    Hello,

Could you please send some screenshots of where those categories are situated?

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Kind Regards

The menu that is showing the home page, contains both plugins “working” (but they are not working), not showing correctly, and not showing subcategories either, if you enter the web you’ll see

    Hello,

Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

Looking forward to collaborating with you!

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

Next time please confirm it via our thread in the forum.

This plugin is not fully compatible with our menu elements, but if you still need to use this plugin, you can copy this file to the child theme header-elements/main-menu.php, then in the child theme delete line 87 and in this case, the default WordPress menu will be used.

    Kind Regards
