ochow7ParticipantSome of our images and assets aren’t loading properly. We checked the developer tools, and we are getting a vivus error code (see attachment). We are using the exact same plugins and settings across multiple sites, but this is the only site that is giving us this issue.
Our hosting provider checked and regenerated the HTA access files, and also checked the file_get_contents function, per the advice from a previous thread, and they are seeing no issues on their end. They believe it might be a theme issue.
Can you help us fix this?

Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
As we can see, your SVG files have an ID attribute added to some child tag
<g>
. You need to move that attribute to the parent<svg>
tag or remove completely https://gyazo.com/a9f672b7e797e7a47d488c83049e53afKind Regards

ochow7ParticipantVIVUS FIX: Hello, I was able to solve the issue by deleting the SVG files and re-uploading them as PNG. For some reason only one of the files was causing an error, but just to be safe, I replaced them all.
Slider Revolution YouTube Error: Please see the attachment. We are getting the following errors when we try to add a video to slider revolution on our homepage. Everything is set up correctly and yet, it will not work. This issue is actually consistent across a few of our websites where we are trying to do a youtube video – the same error is coming up on all websites.
Login details are the same as earlier. Thanks.

ochow7ParticipantHello, we installed the update across all our sites, but the slider revolution youtube video is still not working. We included login information below so you can take a look.
Again, the problem is consistent across all sites.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
We fixed the error on your screenshot, it is not related to the Revolution slider video. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Regards

ochow7ParticipantHello – for the past few days we’ve been in touch with the Rev Slider team.
We deactivated the theme and plugins, and ran the rev slider video on twentysixteen with no problems. We then re-activated your theme and they said that a “waypoint error is occurring from theme. http://prntscr.com/mp9xyr ”
We got the video to temporarily run on one of the sites, but it is not working on other sites that have the same issue.
We also de-activated all non recommended plugins and the video is still not working. Unless one of your plugins is causing the issue, but I don’t think it’s any plugin that we added.
Let me know your thoughts. Thanks.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Where exactly do you see the error from the screenshot? What steps should we perform to reproduce it?
Thank you
