Trying to get the template installed correctly

Hello, I reached out to you via email, and you have asked me to submit on the forum here. I have purchased this theme,
WoodMart – Multipurpose WooCommerce Theme.

I’m having issues with the theme as it does not display correctly like your demo. I’ve looked into this with Hostgator and first they tell me that its propagation issue but now they are telling me that there are issues with some of the plugins from the template. I’ve already spent hours trying to get this site up correctly and not sure where to go from here. I’m not sure if hostgator is giving me the correct remedy here or not. My website is unusualcraftsman.com. Please let me know if there are server issues on my end, plugins or whatever else you think it may be. thanks, Mike

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

You need to enable Elementor containers before importing our dummy content. You can enable this in Elementor -> Settings -> Features https://gyazo.com/978409216e7ba8e656ed812160359821

Delete all the current content and import from scratch via WoodMart -> Prebuilt websites.
