Two questions : Product with various options

First question, is there a way that I can create a product with different color options? For example, for a shirt I want to mention or display what other colors are available.
Secondly, I want to create a site using WoodMart but without the ability for users to order online. I want it to look exactly like an e-commerce site with product descriptions and options available, but don’t let visitors order it from the site. I want them to come to my actual stores. To do this, do I still need to set up WooCommerce and Jetpack?

You can activate the catalog mode in order to display your products without a possibility to buy, please navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Catalog Mode
