Two search boxes with Relevanssi

When I perform a search a second search box appears. Relevanssi AJAX compatibility is enabled

The second search result box is being generated by the Relevanssi Live AJAX Search feature. If you’d like to adjust or disable this functionality, you can manage the settings in the Relevanssi plugin options
