Typekit font not visible on mobile

Hi,

I’ve added a typekit font. The font is visible on desktop, but not on mobile. Font is ‘Brandon Grotesque’. Could you please check what is wrong? Please test with a mobile phone.

The issues occurs online on mobile devices and is visible on every URL. You don’t see the problem as the screenshot is made on a desktop device. Please check with a physical mobile device.

I’ve followed your instructions (see attachment for ID), but now the font is completely gone. I’ve also removed all other fonts in the section ‘Typekit Typekit Font Face’.

I’m confused now. I’ve entered the exact same font title (brandon-grotesque), so that can’t be causing the issue. Also, the ID is the same (see my previous screenshot).

Hello,

You entered the font title and not it’s key. It should be brandon-grotesque and you entered Brandon Grotesque. The key shouldn’t contain spaces and upper case symbols.

Thanks, that did the trick. I had the brandon-grotesque before, but that didn’t work. However, I’ve changed it back again and now it’s also visible on mobile. Great!
