Typography is not working as expected

Firstly, very nice theme, very nice work.
However, we have a serious issue.
Typography is not working as expected. There are no options at all, as you can see in the image attached.
We have disabled all plugins and only leave active the plugins of the theme.
Nothing solves it.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

thank you for your response.
Ok I have created an account for you, in private you have the credentials, and disabled all plugins.
To view the error in firebug, go to theme options -> typography and on the search field on top (search for options) type “font” and click second result “text font”. This will show up the error:
TypeError: $el.offset(…) is undefined[Learn More] admin.js:535:38

Strange, could you please provide us your FTP access as well?

yes, here it is in private.
Could you just try to upload the theme from your repository,
maybe the zip we got from themeforest is damaged?

You just need to download the latest version from ThemeForest and re-upload (reinstall) the theme since you have a lot of files missed.

I am glad we got a way out, so my suspicion was right, but the cause remains unknown.
I did not install the .zip but the directory. SFTP transfer, no failed transfers.
Anyway, I will try again and let you know.

good news,
after I downloaded the files again, I did not upload the directory, but unziped the .zip and uploaded this directory. Now it works.
Just being curious I checked.
This is my finding:
[root@iocaste woodmart]# find -mmin -60
./inc/third-party/options/ext/custom_typography/typography
./inc/third-party/options/ext/custom_typography/typography/googlefonts.php
./inc/third-party/options/ext/custom_typography/typography/field_typography.php

Therefore, we are good.
It seems that the transfer missed these the first time?
In that case, my apologies.
