PedramParticipantHi, I’m hoping you can help me with this issue.
When I go to the product page, I no longer can see the options to add variable products or add the details. Can you please advise how I can go about troubleshooting and are you able to provide any support in that regards?
Even when you click on the products page the UI is messed up.
Thank you,

PedramParticipantHi please see the login in the private content below.Just to add to the above I recently installed a plugin called YITH Woocommerce SMS Notifications and then deleted it. I think the deletion of the pluging didn’t go properly and this might have something to do with it.
I don’t have a web developer and I was hoping you can help me with this.
Thank you,

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme (install it properly), check the issue, then, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
Best Regards

PedramParticipantHi, thanks for getting back to me. As mentioned in my previous message the issue happened after installing and then deleting the YITH Woocommerce SMS Notifications. My hosting company confirmed this, they said the deleting of the plugin didn’t go through properly although the plugin has been deleted so some files have been affected.
I don’t have the technical knowledge but I was hoping you can help me troubleshoot which files control the products page UI to see if I can revert those back.
Please if you can, help me fix this. I’m quite helpless at this point.
Thank you,

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Your site is considerably damaged. I cannot undertake it cause it would be time-consuming not covered by our support. I cannot guarantee I would be able to save the site in this state.
Try to find out the host date when you installed that plugin and check if they have an automatic site backup dated the day before it. And try to restore your site from the backup.
Best Regards
