Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder not working in HTML blocks

It seems Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder is not working correctly when used in your HTML blocks. The styling is not present and the Ultimate Addon element used is not even showing up.
Please look into this if you have the time. Thanks!

We have not tested this plugin with our theme and cannot guarantee 100% compatibility. Our theme supports WP Bakery page builder 100%.
Please consider replacing the Addon elements with the Woodmart elements.

So a plugin that has more then 62K in sales on Codecanyon is not important enough to look into?
Even when that plugin offers more elements that your theme doesn’t offer?
I think it’s important for your theme to have compatibility with major plugins like this one.

Please clarify what “styling is missing” mean, if you can provide a screenshot, please provide.
Also please provide your site admin access and FTP access to the private area.

Please see the private content and the 2 pages as reference. It clearly shows that the content in the HTML block the styling looks completely off.

I know that theme options is not enough. Like I said, use the File manager plugin that’s already active on the site. See screenshot.
