jimfargParticipantInitially, I created an HTML block that I configured to appear on the single product page within a tab. Later, I tried to add the element bundle inside this HTML block. However, it seems that the element bundle is only supported on the single product page and not elsewhere.
Since adding the element bundle, the page has become unresponsive, and I no longer have access to the HTML block to make changes or remove the element bundle. The system shows the message you can see in the attached screenshot. Could you please assist us with how to proceed from here? I just want to remove the element bundle from the HTML block, but I can’t access it.
I’m also sending an additional image showing the content of my HTML block and the bundle element that caused the issue after I added it.The message that appears is:
“A critical error has occurred on the website. Check the administrator’s email inbox for instructions.

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
Could you please make a video or some screenshots on how to replicate it for a better understanding?
Thank you in advance.

jimfargParticipantI attach you a video. When I inserted the element bundle into my HTML block, it no longer allows me to edit it again.

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
Sorry for the delay.
Send me admin access to the dashboard area and confirm the permission for the plugins deactivation so I can investigate the issue.
I await your response.

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
I apologize for the delay.
1. When you use the tab element in tabs, it will not work correctly, and there is no way to fix that. So I suggest you avoid using tabs in tabs.
2. I see the same error when editing – https://take.ms/14G1a, remove that block from tabs – https://take.ms/VlBS8e and try to recreate it.
I await your response.
Kind Regards
