Unable to access shop from front end

I logged on today to continue working on adding products and when I clicked on one of the menu categories, I received a 404 error. I’m not sure what changed but how can I fix this?
Hello,
Browse Categories allows showing the menu created in Appearance > Menu. You could just delete the category and menu item keeps on showing it and when you try to go to the category which does not exist anymore you get 404.
Another reason could be the Permalinks configuration. Please check Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks.

They appear to be configured correctly. I get the same error when trying to access the product categories. This is happening in the menu as well as the home page product categories section of the template.

You are trying to edit the shop page by means of WP Bakery page builder. Sho page is a functional page and it cannot be edited. Do you have any problems with ordinary pages?
