unable to activate woodmart core plugin

I just purchased this. but i am already having many problems, please help.
unable to activate woodmart core plugin, even after updating everything, and deactivating all other plugins that is not needed. after trying many times. it is still not working.

Try to deactivate our core plugin for Basel theme since they can’t be activated at the same time https://gyazo.com/ac5851bd3090ec9694a2c622a71ccbff
Then you will be able to activate WoodMart core without problems.

I have successfully activated it now.

While installing/activating I was given a choice to go with Elemento or WPbakery.
I had used WPBakery previously with my Basel theme
and now i would like to try something new hence i have chosen the elemento one while installing/activating.

but on my backend it shows this:
The following recommended plugin is currently inactive: WPBakery Page Builder.

Do I need to activate them both?

Hi i am unable to edit the theme layout as well.
my media photos doesnt show up even after loading for very long.

Also when I try to update the theme setting this shows:
This page isn’t workingdesignercakes.sg is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

and also…. now the website cant be viewed at all

im not sure, please advise what i can do about this situation

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Hi those themes worked fine before that. After which I tried Basel problems persists, hence now i wanted to give woodmart a go but the problems are the same.
I am not sure what could help, if you could advise. TIA.

Please, switch to the default WordPress theme so we can check how it works there. Then we will switch to WoodMart and compare both themes.
