Unable to Baselinstall theme; "Are you sure you want to do this?" error message

Every time attempt to install the Basel theme, I get a most annoying and unhelpful:
“Are you sure you want to do this?” error message”
I’ve un-installed all the plug ins, upgraded my wordpress and still the result is the same.
I’ve also tried installing the ensite themeforest zip AND also the Basel zip. Same result!
What is this?
