Unable to change Primary Color

I changed the color to rgb(64,224,208) in Theme Setting -> Styles and Colors -> Primary color.

After saving, the following message appeared: “Warning: This page allows direct access to your website’s settings. You can break everything here. Be cautious!”

I also changed everything to rgba(64,224,208,1) in xts-header_634138-css-data and rgb(64,224,208) in xts-theme_settings_default-css-data. But after a few minutes, the color still reverts back to the original.
