Unable to Change the Header Background

After the last update I am no longer able to make updates to the Header background located in the Theme Settings > Header > Appearance area.
Clicking the “Upload” or “Remove” button for the Header background seems to save the page but does not allow me to change the background or remove it.

Please deactivate the plugins which are no more needed, please read more here: https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/faq-guides-2/4-x-5-0-migration-guide/
If it does not solve the issue, check the credentials once more, I cannot log in, provide valid ones, please.

The plugins were removed per the instructions when I updated the theme. Please see updated credentials in the secure area.
