    We tested your site and the problem comes from your child theme after we disabled the child theme everything works. See screencast

    Oke, then do you have any recommendation? Because we use child theme that come with the themes.

    And I prefer use child theme instead rather than disable it.

    Perhaps your child theme has a custom code that creates this bug.
