Hello,

This is not a mega menu. These are the sub menu items. Navigate to Appearance > Menu > Edit Main Navigation edit it.

Yes, Unable to make Fall Protection menu as mega menu like Clothing.
We are trying to make the same layout as Clothing for Fall Protection

Navigate to Appearance >. Menu > Expand Menu item > Select the drop design and choose the HTML block drop down.
