nima.foroughiParticipantHello,
Good day.I have purchased the WoodMart theme, but whenever I apply any of the demos, I am unable to edit the pages. When I click “Edit with Elementor,” the page goes completely blank, and a message appears in the bottom right corner saying: “Can’t edit?” — but no editing page opens.
Also, when I enable Safe Mode, the elements don’t display properly; only their placeholders are visible.
Please note that I have not yet purchased Elementor Pro. Could this be the reason for the issue? If so, could you kindly advise where I can purchase Elementor Pro at a lower cost outside of the official Elementor website?
Thank you very much for your assistance.
Best regards,

Hung PhamKeymasterHi nima.foroughi,
Thanks for reaching to us and appreciate your patience.
1. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
2. Make sure you are using the latest version of Elementor and WordPress. Outdated versions can sometimes cause compatibility issues.
3. Check your PHP memory limit. You may need to increase it if it’s too low. You can do this by editing the wp-config.php file or contacting your hosting provider.
4. Please read the official documentation of Elementor plugin:
https://elementor.com/help/how-to-fix-404-page-or-page-not-found-error-messages/
https://elementor.com/help/elementor-not-loading/

nima.foroughiParticipantHi Hung PD,
Thank you for your response and guidance.
I haven’t installed Elementor Pro — could this be the main reason for the issue?Best regards,

nima.foroughiParticipantHi Hung PD,
Thank you for your previous guidance.
To help identify the issue more efficiently, I have sent you my website’s login credentials via a private message.Could you please log in and check the site directly to determine the exact cause of the problem?
The main issue is that after importing any WoodMart demo, the pages cannot be edited with Elementor — the editor goes blank and shows the “Can’t edit?” message in the bottom right corner.
Additionally, in Safe Mode, only placeholders appear instead of the actual elements.I would greatly appreciate it if you could inspect the site and let me know whether this is related to missing Elementor Pro, theme compatibility, or server configuration.
Thank you very much for your assistance.
Best regards,

Hung PhamKeymasterHi nima.foroughi,
I tried but nothing helped. Also, I noticed that the hosting doesn’t meet theme requirements system https://ibb.co/3yr121S4
Please increase these values and check again. You can contact hosting provider if you don’t familiar with it.

nima.foroughiParticipantDear X Themes Support Team,
I have requested changes to the PHP settings and informed GoDaddy to apply them on my hosting server. The new values they have applied are:
memory_limit = 1024M
max_execution_time = 6000
max_input_time = 600
max_input_vars = 8000
post_max_size = 512M
upload_max_filesize = 2048M
However, I am still facing the same issue and unable to make the necessary changes on my site.
Please advise on how to resolve this.
