    Please contact the host support and ask them to disable security mode if it is enabled.

    If the problem persists, check the URL in Dashboard > Settings > General, the URL should be HTTPS.

    If it still does not work, please provide the site admin access.

    Iam responding under ‘private’ however i cant see my message once posted?

    my wordpress access is

    I want the motorcyle demo theme to be active.

    I also want to edit the ‘search motorcyle’ filter and the be able to create mega menus do you suggest elementor or wp bakery. I have not used either before and do not have a preference.

    Please contact the host support and let them settle the SSL issue first of all, then provide net WordPress installation and advise what page builder you prefer.
