Also, I have visited your site and tested almost all the menu items, products, and categories one by one by clicking. All of them lead to 404 pages. It seems the URLs are invalid. When I set the permalinks to plain then the pages are working fine but when I set the permalinks as Post Name, the pages are not working. So there is any issue from the server or htaccess file on your site.

Also, resave the theme settings and then check back after clearing your site and browser cache.

On the demo site, the products are assigned only for demo purposes, you should use and add your own products on the site, these are only the dummy products to import and assigned to different categories. You have to use your own categories and products.
