The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.

We reproduced the steps you provided and confirmed the issue is not the 300-second timeout. During the prebuilt installation we encountered a PHP fatal error that indicates a class name conflict between plugins and the Woodmart theme.
