Unable to import prebuilt website, failure at 80%

I have disabled all plugins other than those required, I have increased Post size and max upload size to 64M and execution time is set to 600. But it always stops at 80%. It is unclear what the error is. Any help on this would be appreciated, cheers.

Try to remove this code and see how it works.
We have commented that line out and tried again to import the Megamarket prebuilt website and once again it fails at 80% with the same Ajax error. Do you have any other suggestions?
