Unable to import Prebuilt websites

Hi,

I am importing the Prebuilt websites but after the 30% it’s not completed and showing me “The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.” then I have connect with my hosting provider to increase the timeout limit now its 360 but still I am facing the same issue can you please solve this issue asap.

Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

Please send us your admin access so we can check the issue on your website asap. Use the Private content field to post the information.

The images can’t be imported to your website for some reason. To understand this, we need your FTP access to troubleshoot the problem. If not, you can try to install our theme on a different hosting. Otherwise, you can request a refund.
