Unable to import product reviews

Unable to import reviews to my website. I have been sitting for about 1 hour after setting. Tried several times before.
Note: All plugins are updated.

Please make the full backup of your site and try to imprt the review on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

Sorry for mistake. This problem was for Alidropship Pluging. I am sincerely sorry.
I’m having a problem with your theme as well.
That is when I edit something it doesn’t update immediately. Usually updates within 5/7 minutes. But it sometimes takes 2/3 hours. It is very difficult to work if it is not updated immediately. Hope I have explained the problem to you.
