Unable to install demo

I am getting the below error while importing demo content:

My website php settings is already set to 1000

I have disabled all plugins all the website except plugins required by theme.
Kindly help

Our dummy content seems to conflict with the content created on your website previously. It can’t be imported correctly. You need to have a fresh installation to import our prebuilt websites.
