Unable to install downloaded .zip file

Hello,
I am not able to upload the downloaded zip file. This message is displaying: An error occured while updating Woodmart: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Unable to find end of central dir record signature. Please see the 3 attached screenshot. 3 because I tried to install in 3 different ways (paths). One of the way was with the complete zip file (documentation etc.). The third way displays this message: the package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin installation failed.

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
Try to do the following to update the theme:
1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.
