MntfloppyParticipantHello,
When I try to set up my Instagram API connection per these steps (https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-setup-instagram-api/), I’m not given an option to click on when prompted to ‘Select my facebook account’.
Please advise.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please send access to the admin panel, Facebook and Instagram so we can check what is wrong there.
Thank you in advance.

MntfloppyParticipantI’ve provided login credentials to the admin panel but I’m unable to provide you login access to the Facebook/Instagram. Possibly we could do a teams meeting?
I’ve already gone through the steps you’ve linked to others facing the same issue I am. (https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/unable-to-connect-instagram-via-api/)
I’ve tried completely removing Facebook Page to Instagram account link and XTEMOS from Facebook’s Business Integrations, then reconnected everything, no luck.
I’ve attached images of all the connections in place per these instructions:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-set-up-the-instagram-api/I’m pretty technical, would you be able to walk me through other things to check?
