    Hello, unable to run an HTML BLOCK in the Header BUILDER
    I tried everything but nothing shows.
    Strange because in old websites built with Woodmart, it worked perfectly.
    Have you encountered this issue on other websites?
    I didn’t find any answers in the forum.
    Is it a bug or a known problem?

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder
