Unable to save changes in Theme Settings

Whenever I make any changes in Theme settings and save it, it shows an error saying “There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.”
Can you please let us know what could be the problem behind this.

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.
