Unable to see options for Mega Menu in the menu sections

Followed this documentation, but I am not able to see the options for mega menu creation in the Menu section. Can you please check and let me know,

I have enabled the necessary options, I see the description field and I put the HTML-Block shortcode in there and save the menu. Still, I don’t see any mega menu on the frontend nor any additional fields for the mega menu in the backend.

Update the plugins related to the theme and deactivate those not related to the theme and check the issue.
