Unable to see product categories when creating menu

I’m currently unable to see the product categories as shown in your tutorial. How do I get them to show?

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).
I saw the screenshot you attached.
It seems that the product categories are not set to be visible in the menus. Please Go to Appearance >> Menus. And set the Screen Options to show the product categories.

Then Clear the cache and check back.
