We’ve been trying to solve a POPUP translation problem for my newsletter on my website with the WPML team for several tickets now.

They have tried everything on their end, and the problem seems to be with Xtemos with the Woodmart theme.

    Here’s the problem I encountered:

I am trying to: translate the popup related to my newsletter

URL of (my) website where the problem appears: https://www.manury.com/

I was expecting to see: a translation of my popups because I translated the strings related to my WOODMART theme via WPML.

Instead, I got: My Popup do not translate. When I click on “Newsletter” in the footer in a dropdown menu, the popup automatically opens in FR despite the fact that I’m on an EN or ES page….

The following operations have already been performed:

I went to “Menu” -> “Customer Relations” (menu in my footer) -> Add this CSS class: “woodmart-open-newsletter”
I created the Newsletter by going :
Modify the following HTML block via ELEMENTOR: [html_block id="9024"] -> Modification via ELEMENTOR
Then I went to WPML -> Translation -> Button Newsletter PopUp and also -> Translation -> Page -> Newsletter
I also indicate the CSS class at the level of the menu (cf : capture )

Knowing nevertheless, that a part of the Newsletter PopUp is translated :

The “registration” part generated by “SENDIBLUE” which is my newsletter editor is translated because I was able to go directly into –> Sendiblue –> WPML Translation
and so the items “name / e-mail address / registration” are translated into EN and ES within the POPUP.

    Hello,

We have fixed this problem on your website. Now you can see our theme elements fields and translate them. Check the screenshot https://prnt.sc/124pu8a

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

    1. Create HTML blocks for each language in Dashboard > HTML. You just need to clone HTML blocks for each language, do not translate them as a usual page. https://prnt.sc/124s0y2

Then insert the translation into String Translation: https://prnt.sc/124s49d and https://gyazo.com/e9c64d54b0566922d6e7d8473108fc89 and then you insert each translation in the appropriate field.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback.

Indeed I can see the translation in ES, but there is a big problem, all my pages in EN appear in white screens now, I do not have access to any English translations!

    Hello,

It doesn’t work because of a wrong symbol in the header translation. Check the screenshot and replace it with double-quotes https://prnt.sc/126o7oo

    Kind Regards

However, I am concerned because the solution proposed does not work. I always get blank screens when I click on the English flag, whereas in French and Spanish it works correctly.

These are all the pages of the site that appear in white screen when you click on the English flag.

I send you the debugging information (screenshot) and pastebin link: https://pastebin.com/gLzn7xNy

Could you please send us a screenshot of this item in String translation so we can see if you fixed it correctly?

Oh thank you very much Artem! I don’t know what you did but I’m so happy that it works again!

You might be able to help me, I tried to update “WPML Menu Synchronization”.

-> Initially on my store page was a menu where there was a possible sorting by categories and a tab to subscribe to the newsletter

I updated “synchronize WPML menu” and after this manipulation :

-> The menu on the store page has disappeared and was found in an anarchic way on the page “who we are” and on the page “contact us”.

I would like it to return to its original place on the “store” page and to disappear from the “about us” and “contact us” pages

Can you please help me? Thanks

Sorry, but it seems to be something related to the WPML configuration. We suggest you ask plugin developers for help on this matter.

    Kind Regards
