Unable to update

We hired a web development agency to create the website. Now we can’t update the website from the theme/update menu; it always gives an error (Update failed: Download failed Unauthorized). We also can’t update themes from WordPress.
I decided to deactivate the license and buy another one, but the problem persists. We need help to fix this.

Try to do the following to update the theme:

1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

I followed the steps and it still won’t update; it keeps giving the same error.
