Unable to update WoodMart theme – Unauthorized / upload errors

Hello,

I am experiencing issues updating the WoodMart theme on my WordPress website.

My license is activated and connected correctly within the theme settings, and I can see the confirmation message that updates should be available.

However, when I try to update the theme automatically via WordPress, I get the following error:
“Failed to download. Unauthorized.”

I also attempted to update the theme manually by uploading the latest version downloaded from ThemeForest, but I encounter another error:
“The link you followed has expired.”

It seems I am unable to update the theme through both automatic and manual methods.

Could you please help me understand:

Why the automatic update is being blocked with an “Unauthorized” error despite having an active license connected
Why the manual upload fails with the “link expired” message
The correct recommended way to safely update the WoodMart theme in this situation

Hello,

Try to do the following to update the theme:

1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.
