Unable to upload category thumbnail / image

Hi,

I’m having trouble with assigning category thumbnails under Products > Category > Select Category > Click Edit

When I click the upload/add image button, on any of the four options (from the screenshot) absolutely nothing happens.

I tried disabling some plugins but with no prevail…

Could you please assist? Thanks a lot!

Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

Please, confirm the permission for plugin deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

Switch to the parent theme if you use the child theme.

The Problem was coming from the Toolset Plug-in. It is fixed now.
