Unable to upload image with Elemento

I have been having problem updating or uploading image with Elemento, the link to image editing is not responding.

kindly help look into this problem as soon as possible.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, clear the cache and check back. If the problem continues then leave the plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with default plugins.
