UNABLE TO UPLOAD NEW THEME

Hi there ! I brought the theme two days ago. At the the time of uploading, i am facing a problem. Will you please look into the matter?

This issue can be caused by “upload max.file size” Please check this parameter with your host. You can alternatively upload theme via FTP. If you need help, please provide your FTP access as well as the admin access to the private area.

Thank You So much for helping me out. Please have a look at other issue of mine.

1)Header Banner- I have created a header banner with 1800* 50 pixel and added it in the media. I also made a change to the height of the banner to 50 pixel in mobile and desktop. It is still not fully merged with the header. In mobile it is appearing way small.

2)Slider Revolution : I cannot edit anything further on the Slider Revolution. Whenever I am trying to make a change in the in the computer/ laptop display of slider revolution everything is disappearing. I made a change in the mobile . It was working fine but as soon as i started customizing the desktop/tablet view it started creating trouble. Please help me out. :). Btw thank you creating such an awesome theme.

3)Sub Categories Under Every Categories In Menu is not showing up in mobile. I am also unable to see it in my desktop since the Categories in the menu is showing up in the left hand side and not on the right hand side. Also the quick add to cart button ( only on mobile) and the wish list button on the product under each category is appearing on the left hand side. How can i change these to the right side?

4)The arrows for the Special offer tab in the home page was also on the right side in the original demo retail but it is merging and appearing in the left side with “OUR CHOICES” tab in the home page and getting merged. I have attached a screenshot of it.Similar situation for the SALE PRODUCT as well.

5) Theme’s Pre Footer is working in very unusual way. It is getting overlapped with the Footer Section while scrolling down.It wasn’t like that in case of Demo Retail. I have attached a screenshot of it.

6)What’s the dimension of the Shipping system and the Payment Option in the footer so that it can be made all device responsive?

7) The Slider background colour is loading very slowly in Mobile. It is appearing after the t-shirt and all other text appears. How can i speed it up?

First of all, seems you have set RTL in CSS generator, at the same time your WP is not RTL. You need either disable RTL in the CSS generator or set the WP RTL

1. Header Banner- set the image as the background.

2. Please check the issue on one of the default themes to understand if our theme causes the problem

3. Please provide your site admin access I will check the settings.

4. Check the issue after you settle RTL.

5. Please add this code to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global:

body .woodmart-prefooter {
    padding-bottom: 20px;
}

Thank you so much for helping me out. I am a new to this. So a little hustle for me as well.

I have been able to solve the problem 1 and 2. I added the code of point 5 as you said but i was unable to sort it out. Yes, i too believe that it can be the issue of RTL.I am not able to find out how to disable it. I have given the admin access in private. Would you please take a look and help me to sort the problem as indicated in point no. 3,4 and 5.

Hi there ! As you stated in the screenshot to generate a new css. Isn’t by doing the same my old css gets deleted and i won’t be able to have the same content as i had in the earlier .css. How can i just delete the RTL from the current css file or how can i create a new css and import all the files and documents that i uploaded in the 1st generated css?

In reply you asked me to add this code in Custom CSS> Global – body .woodmart-prefooter {
padding-bottom: 20px;
}

But it didn’t worked out. It’s the still the same.

Hello,

1. Disable RTL in Woodmart > CSS Generator http://prntscr.com/n5r4ns and then save the file.

2. I have provided the code and it works. This code has removed the white gap in the footer. Please clean your cache. You have enabled the sticky footer. If you do not like it, disable in the Theme Settings > Footer > Sticky footer.

3. The mobile menu does not support mega blocks. As soon as you solve the RTL issue your blocks on the category menu will appear on the right.

I cannot log in with your credentials, please check and provide the valid ones.
