unable to view the Preview

I don’t know why I can’t view the the Preview page every time I changed the page and want to see the effect, but the Preview page doesn’t change anything or remaind the same, this issue occurred since two days ago!
please instruct me how to do, thank you!

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated, and let me know I will check and give you a possible solution.

It is not for all the pages, only some certain pages that occur this issue, such as about us page https://www.cycle.pro/about-us/ you can test this page and then ceate a new page to test, new pages may not occur this issue.

Also, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switch to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing of this plugin we will enable it all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.

Now I have changed the “ABOUT TOWN” heading on your site in about page. It is fine on frontend.

Sometimes, your browser might be showing you a cached version of the page. Clear your browser cache or try accessing the page in incognito/private mode to see if the changes appear.
