raghavan2004ParticipantI am getting the error when I fill in the social media links and click submit to take the change. I am getting the 403 error.
I entered the link in the path mentioned below
theme settings >> social profile >> links to social profile ( entering the link )
and when I clicked on the save options, I am getting the 403 errorForbidden

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Try to disable
mod_security
on your server. It seems to block Theme Settings “save” requests. Contact you hosting provider to disable it.Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. Clarify which product you mean.
2. Navigate to Theme Settings -> Social profiles and disable the Sticky social links option – https://take.ms/mQgyxw
Thank you for your time.

your reply. … 1. Clarify which product you mean.
I was trying to ask from which European country the product is developed and the support is given by you.
2.. Thanks for the support and the guidance. But I wanted to have the Instagram and the Youtube social media icons in the top header and the page side sticky.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. The product is developed in Ukraine. Our agents work in different time zones. As for me I am working in the GTM+3 zone.
2. You can enable the social media icons in the Header by using the HTML Block element in the Header builder: https://take.ms/BrzNg in which you can define the block created in Dashboard -> HTML Blocks: https://take.ms/BYdRA
Or do you want to make its position higher – https://take.ms/r1BaV ?
Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you for your time.
Kind Regards

raghavan2004ParticipantHi Luke,
I need help in the social media icons
both for the header and the stickyAs discussed above in the previous threads.
I need to have only these two links — Instagram and the youtube, also like to know where to add new social media links with icons and also remove.I went through the document, but confusing.
Previous guidance was to hide all the social media sticky icons – which I don’t want as of now

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
In order to hide/show social icons, navigate to Theme Settings -> Social profiles. If you are using them as “Links” then just define or remove the link here – https://take.ms/F0xio, thus when there is no link, the button will be hidden and vice versa.
If you use Share buttons, then just enable/disable them here – https://take.ms/ogSVy
Kind Regards
